If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it by mail for any reason within 60 days of purchase, according to the terms of our Return Policy. Grandriverclothing.com stands behind the quality of everything we sell and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it in original unused condition with tags attached for any reason within 60 days of purchase. In order to return your merchandise to us for a refund, please follow the instructions below.
1. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number. Please include your order number OR full order information including name, date, shipping address, email address, etc.
2. Wait for an RMA to be provided by Grand River
3. Repackage products in a secure shipping box along with reason for return and the return authorization number you are given. Products being returned for a refund must be in original condition with all original tags attached and bags included.
4. You may use www.usps.com to create a prepaid shipping label or any other prepaid shipping service. Please Note: Keep your tracking information. Grand River Clothing® is not able to be responsible for lost packages, so we recommend that you insure your package when you return it to us.
5. Once the return is received and processed back, the customer will be issued either an exchange, store credit, or refund as per request.
Returns must include all tags and labels and be in original retail ready condition in order to receive full refund. Grand River is not responsible for any costs to return an item that customer changed their mind on or is the wrong size. Any returns are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If an item is exchanged due to a size or style change, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.
