The Grand River Clothing Co.® site provides a convenient and secure way for you to purchase our products. We offer standard free shipping via the United States Postal Service to customers in the U.S.. International orders will be shipped USPS first class or global priority paid by the customer. We will use the most cost effective way to save you money. We ship within 48 hours of your order. Your order can be delivered to any residence, P.O. Box, APO or FPO addresses Monday-Saturday. Orders shipped to business addresses will be delivered Monday-Friday.
When you place an order, we register your email and shipping information in our system. We will store your billing and shipping addresses for speedier checkouts. You must be 13 years of age or older to order.
The security and privacy of your personal information is extremely important to us. Grand River only communicates with you about your placed order or seasonal sales or promotions you may be interested in. We do not share, trade or sell your personal information to anyone outside of our Corporation.
If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it by mail for any reason within 60 days of purchase, according to the terms of our Return Policy. In addition, Grand River offers a one year warranty against defective merchandise. For more information about this warranty, see our Return Policy.
Grandriverclothing.com stands behind the quality of everything we sell and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it in original unused condition with tags attached for any reason within 60 days of purchase. In order to return your merchandise to us for a refund, please follow the instructions below.
1. Email or Call us for a return authorization number.
2. Repackage products in a secure shipping box along with reason for return and the return authorization number you are given. Products being returned for a refund must be in original condition with all original tags attached.
3. You may use www.usps.com to create a prepaid shipping label or any other prepaid shipping service . Please Note: Keep your tracking information. Grand River Clothing® is not responsible for lost packages, so we recommend that you insure your package when you return it to us.
All orders placed on grandriverclothing.com will be processed (pending credit card approval) and shipped out of our distribution center within 48 hours from the day the order is placed. We try to ship your order to you quickly, regardless of shipping method.
Standard Shipping orders within the continental United States are shipped by the USPS (United States Postal Service) and will arrive within 5 business days (Monday-Friday, not including holidays) from the day they are shipped. Free shipping is offered to customers within the mainland of the United States. Orders to APO or FPO addresses could take up to 14 days to arrive from the day they are shipped. These orders will be delivered by the United States Postal Service (USPS). International orders shipments will be also shipped usps and be the responsibility of the customer to pay shipping charges. We will do our utmost to make shipping cost effective for you.
Your email allows us to communicate with you regarding your order or any issues with the processing of your order. It also allows you to communicate with us when you have questions.If an item is out of stock at online, you can always use our Find A Retailer (link to page)on our website to search your area for other retailers that carry Grand River products.

THIS GARMENT IS NON COLORFAST AND MAY BLEED. WASH IN COLD WATER ONLY WITH LIKE COLORS. GARMENTS WITH SPANDEX MUST BE CARED FOR BY WASHING IN COLD WATER AND NO BLEACH OR HARSH CHEMICALS TO RETAIN INTEGRITY OF THE STRETCH FABRIC. GRAND RIVER CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR GARMENTS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN CARED FOR PROPERLY..
Credit Card Safety in Online Transactions
WE GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL REMAIN SAFE FROM CREDIT CARD FRAUD ON EVERY ONLINE TRANSACTION MADE AT THIS SITE. THIS MEANS YOU PAY NOTHING IF UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES ARE MADE TO YOUR CARD AS A RESULT OF SHOPPING AT OUR ONLINE STORE. Governing Law; Arbitration
Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of Mississippi, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that any disputes between us, which cannot first be resolved informally, shall be submitted to final and binding arbitration in Greensboro, Mississippi, in accordance with the rules and procedures of the American Arbitration Association.
The receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation or an offer to sell. Grand River Clothing reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity of any item and/or refuse service to any customer for any reason not prohibited by law. Orders shall be deemed accepted upon your acceptance of the terms of the invoice issued with the product delivered to you.
By submitting any content to Grand River Clothing, you represent and warrant that:
- you are the sole author and owner of the intellectual property rights thereto;
- all "moral rights" that you may have in such content have been voluntarily waived by you;
- all content that you post is accurate;

You agree to indemnify and hold Grand River Clothing (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, employees and third-party service providers, including but not limited to Bazaarvoice, Inc.), harmless from all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of content you submitted to the CCR service or arising from a breach of your representations and warranties set forth above, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
For any content that you submit, you grant Grand River Clothing a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world without compensation to you.
By submitting your email address in connection with your rating and review, you agree that Grand River Clothing and its third party service providers may use your email address to contact you about the status of your review and other administrative purposes.
This site may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third party vendors and other third parties (the "External Sites"). You acknowledge that Grand River is not responsible for the unavailability of, or the content located on or through, any External Site. Retailers who carry our products have the right to sell according to their independent store needs. You should contact the site administrator or webmaster for those External Sites if you have any concerns regarding such links or the content located on such External Sites.
If you would like a different size or color of an item that you ordered within the last sixty days, then you can exchange the unwanted item for a replacement. In order to perform an exchange, simply call our customer service line for a return authorization number and instructions for return. It is the consumers responsibility to pay shipping charges of return and replacement garment. Please enclose a prepaid shipping label in your return box.. Upon receipt, your replacement will be processed.
Full One-Year Warranty
If either the workmanship or materials in a garment are defective, return it to us and a replacement or refund will be made. This warranty is void if the garment has been subjected to accidental damage, abuse or is worn out. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
If you are returning a defective garment, please call Consumer Relations at 1-800-472-6347 (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm CST), in order to receive a prepaid shipping envelope for the return. When you call, you may be asked for your:
- order number
- daytime phone number
- email address
- reason for the return
Please note that we do not accept COD shipments, and if the item is returned by any means other than the prepaid shipping envelope that we send you, you will be responsible for shipping charges, and such charges are non-refundable. Please do not return garments to the address from which they were shipped, unless that is the address printed on the prepaid shipping envelope you are sent.
Once your returned garment arrives at our facility, please allow four to six weeks for us to process the return. Please contact Consumer Relations at 1-800-472-6347 (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm CST) for assistance with returned garments.
